Well I've been following the new heart rate training zones for a year now and the results speak for themselves. I've ran new PB's for 5km (15:23), 10km (31:42), 10 miles (52:41) and half marathon (1;10:31). All of this on the back of 2 years where my performances had plateaued and I recorded no PB's!
Furthermore I had 21 runners who had been lactate threshold tested competing in the recent Athlone Half Marathon. Of these 20 recorded new PB's!
